The Mission

WOTR — Watershed Organisation Trust has spent decades rebuilding rural ecosystems, restoring water bodies, and transforming smallholder farmers into agents of their own prosperity. Their six Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) are the commercial engine of that transformation: collectives of rural producers ready to bring their harvests to market with dignity and confidence.

The Problem

These farmers had world-class produce and zero brand presence. They competed on price alone. There was no story, no face, no identity to stand behind. WOTR needed a branding partner who could translate decades of grassroots impact into six distinct, market-ready brands while keeping the farmer at the centre.

Trimitiy Studios built a parent brand architecture, a shared visual DNA grounded in the soil, seasons, and spirit of rural Maharashtra and then gave each FPC its own identity within that ecosystem. No two brands look the same, but all six feel like they belong to the same family.
